What do you illustrate?

With a distinct aesthetic, we specialize in faceless human portraits as well as pets.

You can purchase this as a gift for a friend, family member, or even yourself!

How do you create your portraits?

We use cutting-edge digital drawing techniques including photo editing, retouching, and blending to create stunning results.

Can I have a preview of what to expect before placing an order?

Our graphic artists spend hours drawing each portrait, as much as we'd like to reveal it to you ahead of time. As a result, before placing an order, we do not provide artwork previews.

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, the artwork will be provided to you for approval and preview (weekends are not included).

What image or picture can I use for my illustration?

For the image file, choose a photo that is well lighted, unfiltered, and not blurred.

Please keep in mind that the higher the resolution of your photo, the easier it will be for our graphic artists to create an exact artwork for you.

What is the minimum/ maximum number of people you can illustrate?

Our graphic artists can create portraits of one (1) to ten (10) persons in a single canvas.

How do I count the number of people in the photo?

Count how many babies, children, pets, and adults there are in a photo.

What elements/ background can I add to my artwork?

In the same photo, you can add object/element (small or large size), as well as the background to the artwork.


Please note: If these details are to be added to the artwork (object/element or a background), additional charges may apply.

Do you combine different photos to put in one artwork?

Yes! Such requests can be met by our graphic artists.


Please note: Please keep in mind that more complicated directions/ instructions, such as integrating/ combining multiple photos, will incur additional fees.

Do you send illustration previews before printing?

Yes! Before we print and ship your canvas, we'll send you an email for artwork approvals and previews. You will also have the option to request adjustments to your artwork from there.

If you do not receive an email from us within 3-5 business days, we strongly advise you to check your junk or spam folder.

I want to edit a part of my illustration, what is the process?

Send a clear description of your edit request to support@benafique.com, and one of our representatives will take care of it.


Please note: Edit requests/ revisions will only be considered once you have received an email from us requesting artwork approval prior to printing and shipping the canvas.

Can I still change the photo after placing an order?

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to accommodate such requests, our graphic artists begin each artwork as soon as it is placed, and we are unable to change the photo once it has been started or has been drawn.

What type of revisions can you accommodate?

Minor adjustments can be made (at no cost) by our graphic artists in the following ways:

- Color change (skin tone, hair color, background and so on)

- Fixing some error (hair strands, face/body shape, teeth, facial expressions, and so on)

Please note of the following:

- If more details are to be added to the artwork, such as an add-on object/element or a background, additional charges may apply.

- Edit requests/ revisions will only be considered once you have received an email from us requesting artwork approval prior to printing and sending the canvas.

What are the dimensions of the canvas that I can purchase?

We have three sizes of canvas available, all of which are manufactured using Museum-quality standard materials. Our canvas comes at a standard depth/thickness of 1.5".

The canvas sizes available are as follows:


12 x 16 inches (30.5 x 40.6 cm)


The most adorable size for a gift or a surprise for a loved one or a friend. Our consumers adore it since it's so convenient!


16 x 20 inches (40.6 x 50.8 cm)

It's the ideal size for every room in your house! The best places to hang it are in the living room, dining room, and entrance hallways.

18 x 24 inches (45.7 x 61 cm)

The more space you have, the better! This is the most popular size we have, especially for couples and families that want to enlarge the artwork so that everyone can view it.

What materials do you use for the canvas?

To provide the best wall art for our consumers, we only use carefully selected premium Museum-grade materials that
are printed on textured and fade-resistant canvas (OBA-Free) to ensure consistent quality standards.

Our canvas is manufactured entirely of the finest wood, with 1.5” thick stretcher bars of great quality. It's a high-end look that's also practical for every home.

Do I get a discount or voucher for bulk orders?

SHIPPING INFORMATION

What is the expected turnaround time for my artwork?

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, the artwork will be provided to you for approval and preview (weekends are not included).

For edit requests/ revisions, within 2-3 business days, the artwork will be sent to you for additional review and approval (weekends are not included).

What is the estimated delivery time for my package?

Our production time is 3-5 business days and the estimated delivery time of the package is within ten (10) to twenty-one (21) business days.

What kind of packaging will my order have?

We exclusively use high-quality bespoke packaging, in order to ensure that they arrive to you intact.

Will you provide me with a tracking number or a link to track my package?

Yes! We recognize the importance of keeping our customers updated about their orders, so we'll send you your tracking details as soon as feasible. Your canvas should come within six (6) to ten (10) business days after receiving your tracking details.

How can I track my order?

To monitor the status of your package, go to the tracking link included in the email notification we sent you.

What is the name of the courier company that handles your deliveries?

Our third-party shipping/ delivery courier will be based on the country of destination, canvas size and weight.

Some of our third-party shipping courier: UPS, FedEx, Latvia, Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL, and so on.


Please note: We use a third-party shipping courier service, therefore, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by courier handling and transfers.

How much do you charge for shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the country of destination.

What countries do you ship to?

We have no concept of boundaries! We can ship a canvas portrait to you anywhere in the world.

There were several items in my order. Is it possible that they will be shipped at the same time?

Yes, they will all arrive in the same package in most circumstances.


Please note: While we make every effort to deliver your orders simultaneously, there may be times when one item in your purchase is completed ahead of schedule and will be shipped out first.

My order was not delivered and was returned to the sender. Is it possible for you to re-ship and re-deliver it to me?

Yes, we can. However, please be informed that in certain instances, we can only provide and assist you for the following actions:

- If the package has been returned due to wrong or incomplete shipping address provided upon checkout, you will be charged an extra reshipment fee for the redirection of your package to the right mailing address.

I added an incomplete/ incorrect address or have recently moved to a different address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped or is in route, it is no longer possible to change the mailing address.

We strongly urge you to contact the nearest local courier in your country for a parcel redirection in such circumstances where the shipment was already in transit.

What should I do if the tracking shows “Damaged In Transit”?

If the status of your tracking page shows “Damaged in Transit”, please contact support@benafique.com and one of our representatives would be pleased to assist you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION

What is your return policy?

All of our canvas portraits can be returned within 7 days after receiving the package due to the following reasons:

- Damaged canvas

- Incomplete parts of the canvas

- Dissatisfied with the canvas printout

All items must be returned to their original packing (cardboard box), in the same condition as when they were received by you:

- The canvas must be in their original state.

- All items that came along with the canvas must be included.

- All items must be returned to their original packing (cardboard box), in the same condition as when they were received by you.

What is your refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons due to the aesthetic aspect of our canvas portraits:

- Change of mind after placing an order

- Changing photo due to dissatisfaction with the illustration

If a customer is dissatisfied with their digital illustration previews, we do offer adjustments/ revisions to meet expectations.

Can I still cancel my order if I change my mind?

Our graphic artist starts working on each piece of artwork as soon as it is placed, and it is no longer possible to cancel an order.

I received my order but it was damaged. What can I do?

If you have received a canvas that has been damaged despite our careful packaging, please contact support@benafique.com within 24 hours and give the following information:

- A photo and video of the damaged canvas
- Order information, including the email address you provided upon checkout

We will investigate your complaint after we receive your email and then we will advise you on how to proceed with the next process.

I am not satisfied with the canvas I have received. Can I still return it?

Yes! If you are not totally happy with your canvas printout, keep in mind that you have 7 days to return it.

However, we must request that you adhere to the following return guidelines below:

- The canvas must be in their original state.

- All items that came along with the canvas must be included.

- All items must be returned to their original packing (cardboard box), in the same condition as when they were received by you.
